2010

December 29 - Whisper and one of her female puppies, beautiful Destiny (Crown Jewel Rendezvous with Destiny at Copella), went back to Paula Cox at Copella.  We miss them both but will see Destiny in the ring with her sister, Karma, soon.

December 17 - Our wonderful and impish little Kizmet (Crown Jewel Serendipity at Copella) went to her Forever home right before Christmas.  She joined her half sister, Callie Angel, with the Estill's in Argyle.  She made herself right at home and enjoys playing (hard) with Callie and Tootsie.

Ricky J was named Select both days at the Dallas show the first weekend in December.  He now needs 6 singles to complete his Grand Championship.

October 6 - I brought home our wonderful little Ellie (Zelicaon Texas Belle of the Ball) from Iowa.  Thank you to Forrest Johnson for affording us the opportunity to have this little doll.

September 11 - Whisper whelped 4 beautiful puppies, 3 girls and a boy.  All good weights and healthy.

July 1 - We leased Whisper (Copella Whisper In My Ear) from our wonderful friend Paula Cox and bred her to Ricky J.

March - CoCo lost a singleton puppy from the breeding with her grandfather (Anton - Caratoots Captain Courageous).  We were devastated since this was to be her last litter and we were looking forward to the grandfather/granddaughter combination.  The one puppy did not stimulate labor and the puppy was delivered dead with C-Section.  CoCo was spayed.  She was our foundation bitch and has provided us with several nice puppies.

Our Chance, Crown Jewel Soldier of Fortune at Copella, was adopted by Emily Garrett, the daughter of a close friend of ours who owns two puppies of our breeding - Callie Angel (Crown Jewel Angel with a Dirty Face) and Kizzie (Crown Jewel Serendipidty at Copella).  Emily, like us, has a wonderful pet Papillon and also fell in love with her mother's girls.  She has been desiring to get into Conformation with Papillons but had been in Guam for two years while her husband was stationed there.  Upon her return to the States, she fell in love with the gorgeous Chance and approached us about owning him.  We hated to let our special boy go, but could not dream of a better owner/home for him.  Chance is now at home in Justin with Emily, Zach (her husband) and Brittany (the daughter who has just gone into junior handling).  Brittany has done exceedingly well in just two show weekends by moving up to the Senior Open Class.

August

We bred our Jag (CH Crown Jewel's Diamond Dazzler) to Zelicaon Sweet Thing (owned by Kathy Ainsworth, MI).  Hopefully she'll have some beautiful puppies about mid-October.  We're hoping for show girls, of course!!!!!

July

Ellie won WB, BOW, and BOS for 2 points in Longview on July 31.

I visited Forrest Johnson in Davenport, Iowa on July 12 to see the puppies out of his CH Zelicaon Morning Star and our CH Crown Jewel Diamond Dazzler.  All of the puppies were very nice with gorgeous heads and good structure and porportions.  I ended up falling in love with one of the little tri boys and brought him back home with me.  We are thrilled to have a Jag offspring with us now.  The litter was born the day of the Royal Wedding, hence his name "Zelicaon Royal Love is in the Heir", call name "Reign-er".

Zelicaon Lonestar Belle of the Ball (Ellie) won Winner's Bitch for a 3 point major and Winner's Bitch and Best of Winner's for a 4 point major at the Oklahoma City shows on July 1 and 2nd, respectively.

Crown Jewel Luck Be a Lady at Copella (Karma) won the bred-by bitches class and bred-by Breed at the Oklahoma City show on July 1.

June

Crown Jewel Soldier of Fortune at Copella (Chance) won Winner's Dog for a 4 point major in Texarkana.  Chance is owned by Emilly Garrett and bred by us.

May

BISS GCH CH Nanaste Queen Bless Villa Incognito (Ricky J) won Best of Breed both days at the Oklahoma City Toy Show.

The Denton show was extra special!  BISS GCH CH Namaste Queen Bless Villa Incognito (Ricky J) completed his Grand Championship.  Zelicaon Lonestar Belle of the Ball (Ellie) won Reserve Winner's Bitch on Saturday and Winner's Bitch, Best of Winner's, Best of Opposite on Sunday for her first 3 point major.

March

At their first show out at 6 months of age, Crown Jewel Soldier of Fortune at Copella (Chance) and Crown Jewel Luck Be a Lady at Copella (Karma) each won their class one of the days at the Fort Worth Show.
